Terms of Use

Chapter 1 – Preamble

1、We (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) provide service to you with the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”). When you agree to adhere to these terms, you and the Platform shall apply to the Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms
we will be unable to provide you with the relevant services.

2、You acknowledge and agree that the Platform may modify the Terms in the future in accordance with operational needs. We will post the most recent version of the Terms on the Platform and note the latest update date. The Terms become effective upon posting on the Platform.

3、The Platform may collect data such as your browser use and geographical location records through automated mechanisms
(e.g., the use of Cookies).
This information is solely for data analysis and compilation. If you have not set up an information blocking mechanism in your internet environment, the Platform may collect your device’s IP address, login time, and browser information.
The aforementioned information, if displayed automatically on the front end by the Platform’s mechanism
is considered publicly disclosed by the user and, in principle, is not protected as personal data

4 、Apart from the information you publicly disclose
the collection of the aforementioned data is limited to the purpose of providing services on the Platform.
Third parties will not arbitrarily access it, except as specifically provided by law.

Chapter 2 – Our Services

1 、We develop, establish and maintain the platform, and we take reasonable measures to ensure the correctness of data on the platform
but we cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all data.
Therefore, we will not be held accountable for any compensation due to delays or errors in data transmission that directly or indirectly cause user losses.

2 、You agree and understand that the Platform provides services in accordance with current technology and conditions.
We will make the utmost effort to provide the best service, but we cannot always foresee and prevent legal, technical
and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in thirdparty services, government actions, and other reasons leading to service interruption, data loss, and other losses.

3 、The Platform will not be held responsible for compensation for any damage if users cannot use the
services normally due to the following situations, including but not limited to:

●The Platform announces system downtime for maintenance in advance

●Data transmission is impossible due to telecom equipment failure

●The Platform system malfunctions due to force majeure factors such as typhoons
earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks

● Service interruption, suspension, or delay due to hacker attacks, virus invasions, technical
adjustments or failures of telecom departments, website upgrades, bank payment reviews, government regulations

●Problems caused by technical issues that current technology cannot predict or resolve

● Problems caused by the deliberate or negligent actions of a third party

● The Platform or third-party service providers’ bank accounts are frozen

4、The Platform will never ask you for your password and will not ask you to remit money to any third party’s account or deposit address.
Please be vigilant and do not trust any false information.

5、You agree that, for operational security needs, the Platform can restrict, stop, or add service features.
If you continue to use the Platform’s services, it means you agree to the related adjustments.

6、You agree that, for operational security needs, you understand the background and purpose of your use
of products or services provided by this website.
Users should provide the Platform with true, comprehensive, and accurate information.
If we have reasonable reasons to suspect that a user has provided false information
we have the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the user from using the Platform’s services.

7、You agree that, for operational security needs, the Platform has the right to retain relevant registration
and user information after you stop using the Platform’s services. The Platform will not misuse the relevant information.

Chapter 3 – Eligibility

1、The Platform service is provided for those who are legally of age and possess full capacity for civil conduct.
If you check and agree to abide by these terms, it indicates that you confirm you are of legal age and have full capacity for civil conduct.
You agree to bear all legal responsibilities for all activities and behaviors under your account on the Platform.

2、 If, according to the laws applicable to you, you do not have full capacity for civil conduct, please do not continue to use the platform.
Wait until you have obtained the consent of your legal guardian before continuing to use it. At this time, your legal guardian
needs to bear joint legal responsibility with you for all activities and behaviors under your account on the Platform.

Chapter 4 –
Account Registration and Security

1、 To use service on the Platform, you need to provide personal data, including but not limited to name, date of birth, email, password, etc.
You shall upload your identity certification and a photo of you holding your identity certification upon registering an account on the Platform.

2、Please do not provide your account to a third party without permission (including registration in the name of others)
share account and password data with third parties, intentionally or negligently disclose account and password data
or allow a third party to guess your account and password data.
You should take necessary confidentiality measures for your account and password data on this platform
and actively prevent your account and password data from being used by third parties.
If you violate the foregoing agreement, it may lead to unauthorized access to your account by third parties
causing damage to you or this company, including various virtual currency or fund losses or thefts in the account.
In this case, you must bear all responsibilities yourself.
If you prove that a third party uses the defects in this platform system to invade, operate, and tamper with your account on this
platform, this limitation does not apply.
If you find that your account and password data on this platform may be known by third parties, or have been lost or stolen
you have the responsibility to notify us immediately.

3、 You can choose whether to become a user of this platform.
Once you successfully register, you will get a set of account names (that is, your email or mobile phone number) and passwords.
You should use this set of account passwords to use this platform service.
You need to bear the relevant legal responsibilities for any activities, behaviors, and incidents that occur after logging into this platform.

4、 If you lose your password, you can reset your password through the registered mobile phone number or email.
If you find any illegal users or other situations with security concerns, please notify us immediately.

5、If the following situations occur
the Platform has the right to disable or cancel your account and delete any messages and content you submit:

　　(1) You have violated the terms of this agreement.

　　(2) The information you provided during registration and use of the service is incorrect, incomplete, not the latest, and valid.

　　(3) You do not cooperate with the Platform for real-name verification
               or you are unwilling to explain the nature purpose, and source of funds for the transaction

　　(4) Disputes arise from your use of the Platform service and enter the judicial process
              or activities or behaviors under your platform account are suspected of violating legal provisions
              (including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and antiterrorism legal provisions).

Chapter 5 – Prohibited Behaviors

1、 Users cannot reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or obtain the source code of this Platform in any other way.

2、 Users may not spread malicious software, programs, viruses, computer worms, destroy or damage the Platform.

3、 Users may not distribute, transfer, sell, rent, or authorize a third party to use their account on the Platform.

4、 Users may not delete or change any trademarks, logos, other ownership statements, legends, symbols, or labels on the Platform.

5、 Users may not enter or tamper with the Platform’s system, our supplier’s system, and technology without authorization.

6、 Users may not detect, scan or test any vulnerabilities of the platform’s system or network
nor violate or bypass any security or authentication measures.

7、 Users may not access or explore the platform in any improper way or download the content of the platform

8、 Users may not evade, burn, delete, disable, damage, decode
or bypass any technical measures protecting the Platform implemented by the Platform our suppliers
any other third parties (including other users).

9、Users may not interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform’s services, hosts, and network in any way.

10、If any account on the platform involves any suspected violation of this agreement, prohibited actions under the law
fraud, or violation of anti-money laundering regulations, the Platform has the right to immediately suspend, cancel
terminate the account.

11、After the user successfully registers, when the following situations occur on the platform
the user’s identity must be reconfirmed on the actual situation:

　　(1) Due to the update of relevant laws and policies by government authorities.

　　(2)Abnormal situations in the user’s transaction.

　　(3)The interval between two transactions made by the user exceeds one year

　　(4)Users who have passed identity verification cannot reapply for identity verification with other mobile
             phone numbers or emails. Different users use the same mobile phone number or email for identity registration procedures.

　　(5)When there is doubt about the authenticity of the user’s identity data.

　　(6)When the platform determines that it is necessary to reconfirm the user’s identity based on other evidence.
